What to expect
Your cadetship will involve structured training and experience across our whole organisation (Construction, Contracts and Commercial). We aim to forge well-rounded construction professionals, capable of taking on all aspects of work. Our flat structure ensures you’ll have direct and regular interaction with the most senior members of our organisation.
Each member of our Executive & Project Management Teams has come from within GN Construction through our training systems. We’ll provide you a clear career pathway so you too can progress to leadership roles within our business.
