2008
Our team, which includes Mitchell Blunden, delivers “The Press” Commercial Tower in Christchurch.
Fairfax NZ was the anchor tenant for this development successfully delivered by the property arm of our group based in Sydney, Australia.
2010-2015
We undertook the delivery of several post earthquake projects as Christchurch shoulders its recovery. The core leaders of our business develop and form long lasting relationships that anchor our culture today.

Our leadership team relocates to Auckland to better service the North Island Market. Today the business has 35+ direct employees who have completed a range of successful of construction projects in Auckland.
In 2021 we evolved our brand to GN Construction representing the next step our groups future in New Zealand.
