A sustainable new neighbourhood centre organised around a High Street, Alexandra Park features a diverse range of parks, plazas, medium-rise apartment living and commercial tenancies, plus a diverse range of retail, café and restaurant offerings.

We are delivering Stage B which comprises two of the three buildings within this masterplanned development and totals 128 apartments, 3,000 sqm of retail and 9,000 sqm of basement across two levels. These standout buildings proved geometrically challenging to construct but the striking result will provide a unique home for residents in the near future.
